Safety

There are no shortcuts to safety. Safety Solutions, LLC integrates a safety culture and mindset in each employee’s job requirement. This begins with training and certification of skill requirements by position. The training ranges from basic scaffolding erection and safety techniques to first aid, CPR, blood borne pathogens, confined space and other occupational job specific training requirements. Additionally, safety prevention education is conducted as an ongoing part of our Injury, Illness, and Near-miss Training Program. This safety commitment is further strengthened with pre-construction jobsite assessments and safety planning prior to starting scaffolding erection. Once work begins, daily safety meetings are conducted on-site by project supervisors re-enforcing responsible safety practices and job compliance requirements.

We are not only committed to safety for our employees, but also for the workers who will be operating on the scaffold structure we have built. To ensure their safety, we insist on an inspection walk-through with customer project management to confirm completion design requirements and offer scaffolding orientation for customer crews working on the structure.
